We are gearing up for our 6th ANNUAL “Tanya Goss Memorial Dart Fundraiser”. As many of you know our cousin Tanya passed away of Epitheliod Sarcoma, a rare type of cancer, at the young age of 27. Our initial intension of this fundraiser was to help Tanya in her courageous fight, unfortunately, shortly before the inaugural event; she passed away and was never able to see the results of the tournament or all the kindness of everyone that attended. In her memory, we donated all the proceeds to charity. We continue to hostess an annual fundraiser and this year all proceeds will be donated to Camp Happy Times/The Valerie Fund. Camp Happy Times is a free week long summer camp, in the Poconos, for kids with cancer.
This years event will be held at Franklin American Legion, 1 Legion Road, Franklin NJ on October 10th 2009. Sign ups will begin at 1:00pm and kick off will be at 2:00pm. Over the past 5 years, this fundraiser has been extremely successful. We would like to thank everyone for their continued support. We would not be able to continue this successful event without your generosity.
This year, we are looking forward to another wonderful turnout and once again seek your support. Any donations you are able to provide, whether they be of monetary value or donated merchandise is greatly appreciated. We will happily pick up any donated merchandise and we will proudly recognize your generosity at our fundraiser. We thank you in advance for your support.
All Contributions can be made payable to: “The Tanya Goss Memorial Fund”

Epithelioid Sarcoma
This is a rare sarcoma but is important from the standpoint that under the microscope, it can mimic many benign and malignant conditions. As the name also suggests, it has microscopic features that can sometimes resemble a carcinoma. Unlike most sarcomas, it has a propensity to spread to lymph nodes.
The Valerie Fund
The Valerie Fund's mission is to provide support for the comprehensive health care of children with cancer and blood disorders.
